My wife and I stopped by for their lunch course. We got there right near the end of the lunch rush, so the dining room was still bustling with office workers. Despite the busy crowd, the interior feels really cozy, especially with those large, warm orange dome lights hanging over the dark wood tables. Since we arrived late in the lunch window, our server gave us a heads-up that the courses would be brought out pretty fast. Some people might find that a bit rushed, but it was actually a big plus for us since we were hungry and didn't mind the quick pacing. The meal was incredibly well-balanced from start to finish. I really appreciated that none of the dishes had overly heavy or overpowering flavors. Everything just flowed nicely, from the delicate dumplings topped with thinly sliced green chilies to the sliced abalone served with fresh cilantro. Even the finish—a simple vanilla soft serve in a textured glass bowl—was exactly what we needed to wrap things up. Walk in 비추, 카운터 매니저 매우매우매우 불친절 Came in as a walk-in and was told we’d need to wait 30 minutes, even though there was a table that sat empty the entire time. We actually waited the full 30 minutes while that table remained unused. After waiting, I asked whether that table was reserved. After a long pause, we were then seated at that exact table. Not really sure what the wait was for. TBH, the situation felt poorly managed. The front desk staff member handling payments (long hair tied in a low ponytail, possibly the manager) was noticeably unfriendly. Communication was curt and unwelcoming, with no explanation or basic courtesy. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out. As for the front desk manager, if working with customers is this much of an issue, this might not be the right job. For a restaurant inside Josun Palace, the service level was disappointing. I like JS Garden, so I often go to the Pangyo or Cheongdam branches, but I was surprised when I went to the Centerfield branch. I ordered red pepper japchae and it came with two flower buns (ordered three more) and the seasoning was salty. The abalone samseon jjamppong had a bland soup and was still a bit salty. Only the sherbet that came as dessert was delicious. The service is so hectic and doesn't even care... The prices are almost hotel-like, but the service and taste are worse than those of local Chinese restaurants. And finally . If you're going to talk while cooking, it would be a good idea to either wear a mask or hide the kitchen. It was the worst dinner ever.
