The steak actually looks decent visually at first glance leh Nice sear outside, sizzling plate, loaded baked potato but the doneness really looks more medium than medium rare from the colour and texture. For medium rare, you’d expect: • Warm red/pink centre • More juicy interior • Softer texture This one looks: • More grey-brown throughout • Firmer cooked texture • Probably closer to medium / medium-well side And the tomato soup HAHAHA the description deadly accurate “Watered down tomato ketchup” Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This has been our first Jack’s Place and we keep coming back to create more memories on special occasions. Today, Waratan, Amy and their team did an awesome job by playing along for a surprise birthday. Amy was always looking out for us to ensure we were well taken care of. Staff serving us were warm, friendly and attentive. Thank you Waratan & Amy for being so professional and accommodating with our special request. Food wise is always perfect! We will definitely be back again! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the best service from Nikeal Lim at Jack's Place Ang Mo Kio. Nikeal’s attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and kindness truly made our dining experience unforgettable. While the food was good, it was Nikeal’s exceptional service that really stood out. Nikeal pleasantly surprised us by bringing more of the scrumptious calamari dipping sauce without us even asking, as she noticed we had cleaned our saucer (we wiped it totally clean it was so yummy!) She never let our water glasses run dry and even brought a warm water jug just for me when she saw how much water I was drinking. Super sweet!!! Her attention to detail didn’t stop there; she also offered to top up our sour cream, bacon bits, and chives (that combi totally rocks!) when she noticed our baked potatoe started looking a little bare. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care for our dining experience made our meal so special. Thank you, Nikeal, for being a role model in the hospitality industry. Your exceptional service should never go unnoticed. We look forward to visiting again, knowing we are in good hands. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
