Okay let me tell you, I'm from Houston Texas - USA so I know about steaks! I had a detailed review I typed up somehow it got erased by me on accident, but had to tell you this place is EXCELLENT. Wonderful service and delicious food. Lots of cuts of premium meat. I spotted this place from the night before when I wanted from my hotel to 7/11 and saw JACOB BARN - so when I got back to hotel I did some research and had to stop by before we checked out the next day. My post was long but I'll just summarize, I showed up right when they opened at 11:30am. I was their first customer. Everyone was very welcoming and they handed me a menu as I sat down. I noticed it was a updated/new menu (pics posted) and so I asked them I would like some premium meat and asked for recommendations. We talked and then they actually brought me out some cuts, mostly Australian wagyu and then they had some premium Japanese wagyu. The ribeye looked delicious but was a bit much for me since I had a big breakfast. So I selected the Japanese wagyu and also asked for another recommendation, and ended up trying their wagyu hamburger patty with organic egg yoke and sauce on the side. The hamburger patty came out first with some sides, sauce and white rice. Let me tell you I was BLOWN AWAY by the flavor and how delicious it was. Unbelievable every bite was superb. Then after I finished the Japanese wagyu came out and it was delicious as well. This place deserves 10 stars Jacob Barn has my Texas approval don't sleep on this gem, I will definitely be back again when I get the chance! Complements to the chef and all the staff.
