Dishes are not bad, our family usually arrange to have birthday celebrations and meet ups here. However it seems like recently they are very short handed and it’s starting to be a problem. We arrived on Sunday for early Mother’s Day celebration and ordered the set menu. After the first dish was served, there was a long pause (about an hour). We checked and was told that the food is not cooked yet as they are short handed. We ended up cancelling our order and went to the other restaurant in the club to eat. Had to wait for the 2nd restaurant to prepare our food somemore, hence we were super hangry. Kinda of ruined our Mother’s Day celebration, but I don’t blame the restaurant staff. Hope that the club will address the staffing matters urgently. Dim Sums were quick though and the captain gave us a discount on our bill. But still..such service not acceptable la. I can’t come back if this continues . Please do something SSC ! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I recently dined at Jade Phoenix Restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly stood out was the impeccable service. Assistant Manager Sophia was warm, attentive, and professional—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her genuine hospitality made the evening memorable and elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially with Sophia’s outstanding service!
