クレイポットに入った臭豆腐が、食べやすかったです。スタンダードな揚げただけのやつは、最初、臭くて吐きそうになりました。でも、二口目から慣れました。

This place is not for everyone but if you can handle it, the food here is pretty good! Some level of nostalgia for me too. They have all the classics and is a great spot to get a light bite or full meal! Fried intestines aren't common anymore and they really get the outside crispy while the inside is still soft. The smelly tofu is as expected, nothing much to complain about! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My recent visit feels like the end of an institution that I have been patronizing for decades. 1st set of stinky bean curd (4 pieces, 1st photo) were cold n very dark in tone. Reason provided was that they were pre-fried and left to drip so less oily for customers. Requested for staff to tabao those so I won’t waste food. Ordered n paid for 2nd set (4 pieces, 2nd photo) and requested for freshly fried, piping hot tofu but they were also barely lukewarm and even darker in color. No wonder staff request to chef for my 2nd order was to ensure he made it hotter. Cold to barely lukewarm, oily n fried in oil that obviously have not been changed for a long time made my tummy unwell after. I ended throwing away the takeaway when home. Spent $20 for stinky tofu that sadly no longer satisfy my cravings and marked the end of my stinky tofu journey in Singapore. Heartbreaking as I loved them so much with service staff knowing my usual order so well by now. Thank you for my decades of stinky tofu journey nonetheless. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
