ミシュラン獲得の海老そば。スープはエビのみそで出汁が出ていてとても濃厚。エビもやや大ぶりで食べごたえあり。レジで種類と量を注文してテーブル番号を伝えて先払い。

Prawn Mee Soup Small Yellow Noodleを食す【SGD6】（2025年9月） エビは1/2x6で3匹分入っている。スープは濃厚ではなく普通。具はもやし。スモールでも十分な量。マストなシンガポール料理の一つだろうが、特に食すべきものではない。

[Jalan Sultan Prawn Mee] Prawn & Pork Ribs Noodles Pigtail & Pig Skin Soup Assorted Ngoh Hiang Been eating from this place since the old days back when it really was at Jalan Sultan, but it's always inconsistent. Some days the broth is robust and satisfying, other days, the broth is less satisfying. So what you get is a game of chance, which is frustrating. To be fair, the guy serving and taking orders was friendly and very accommodating, but it is what it is. The Ngoh Hiang is fine, nothing special or extraordinary, and the quantity of sauce the provide is stingy. Should you ask of more and the surly and rude person dishing those out will tell you off. Btw, the "Prawn" cracker has no prawns in it. Overall, not worth patronising. I don't like being treated like I should be glad they are selling me food.
