쥬뗑뷔뜨 – my all-time favorite bakery near Seokchon Station As someone who’s very serious about bread, this is hands down my favorite bakery in Seoul. There’s no dine-in space, just takeout only, but there’s a parking spot right in front, and I’ve never had a problem parking while picking up my bread A few years ago, they renovated and expanded the space — now it’s warm, cozy, and so aesthetically pleasing with its red brick walls and beautiful details. They use Fritz beans for coffee, and you can see the baking kitchen in the back, which gives a nice sense of trust in their clean, open process My personal favorites: Cheese olive baguette Fig & cream cheese baguette Chestnut loaf I don’t usually like breads overloaded with toppings — and this place gets it. The focus here is on high-quality dough and balance, with simple, thoughtful fillings that highlight the bread’s flavor. Every loaf here tastes like it was made with skill, patience, and love. it shines through craftsmanship. honestly a Seokchon-area treasure. If you love real, honest bread — this is your spot.
