とても綺麗！そして美味しい！もう一度食べたくなる味です！(English below) ・店内清掃がとても行き届いており、まず清潔感があります。床も換気扇も掃除が行き届いていました。 ・お肉のお味ですが、めちゃめちゃ美味しいです！ 一般的にジンギスカンのお店では輸入品のものが多い中、北海道産の羊を使っています。 ・処理もしっかりされていて、ラム肉の方が好き、マトン(大人の羊)の香りが苦手な私は当日北海道産ハマトンしかなく挑戦という形で食べてみましたが… 全然平気！むしろ美味しくておかわりしちゃいました！臭みがない！ ・お店の人が全て焼いてくれます。 焼き加減も赤めが苦手な人は、お伝えするとしっかり目に焼いてくださいます。 自分たちで焼く必要がないのでストレスフリーで、タレや塩、ニンニクなどおすすめの食べ方を教えてくれたり、羊の特徴を教えてくれたりと店員さんが焼き方や食べ方、知識など、教育が行き届いていることがわかります。 ・愛想も良く、笑顔いっぱいの接客で大変気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。 ・事前予約がおすすめです！ 当日来られた方はお断りされてる場合がほとんどで予約で席が埋まっているので 行く予定がある場合、事前予約をしておくことをおすすめします。 ・北海道札幌へ訪れる際はぜひ足を運んでみてください このお店はとても雰囲気が良く駅からも遠くないので大変素晴らしいですが、すすきの駅という場所があまり治安が良くなかったです。 夜になると、特に繁華街の雰囲気が強くなり、女性だけで行く場合帰り道気をつけた方が良いと思いました…！ English version: The place is very clean, and the food is absolutely delicious! It’s the kind of taste that makes you want to come back again. The restaurant is extremely well-maintained and clean. You can immediately feel the cleanliness when you enter. Even the floors and ventilation fans were spotless. As for the meat, it was incredibly delicious! While many Jingisukan restaurants use imported meat, this place uses lamb from Hokkaido. The meat is also very well prepared. I personally prefer lamb and am not a fan of the strong smell of mutton (adult sheep). On the day I visited, they only had Hokkaido mutton, so I decided to give it a try…. But it was totally fine—actually, it was so good that I ordered more! There was no unpleasant smell at all. The staff grills everything for you. If you don’t like your meat rare, you can let them know and they will cook it more thoroughly. Since you don’t have to grill it yourself, it’s completely stress-free. They also recommend ways to eat it with sauce, salt, or garlic, and explain the characteristics of the meat. You can really tell the staff are well-trained and knowledgeable. The service was very friendly, and everyone served us with bright smiles. We had a very pleasant time. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance! Most walk-in customers are turned away because the seats are usually fully booked. If you’re planning to visit, it’s best to reserve beforehand. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and is not far from the station, which is wonderful. However, the Susukino area didn’t feel very safe to me. At night, especially, it becomes more of a nightlife district, so I would recommend being careful on your way back if you are visiting as a group of women. 雰囲気も味も抜群に良い！焼き野菜のおすすめは『れんこん』と言われたときは『れんこん？？』となったけど、食べてみたら、めちゃ美味しい！肉も丁度いい火入れで、とても美味しかった！！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥10,000+
