The new Kaya Toast Sundae was actually very uniquely good! Creamy, fragrant, crunchy and only at $3! Such a nice sweet treat after our chickenjoy & spaghetti feast Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I deleted my good review of this outlet Tho, I really love jollibee. I saw the staff drop a chicken on the floor, which I saw was a honest mistake. But what I saw next was sick. The staff use his tongs to pick the contaminated chicken from the floor to discard, and continue using the same tong to grab the rest of the food to pack. I really hope I don't get sick. I have informed the store manager about the incident and wash all the tongs. Not too sure if they will discard the rest of the food. If you get sick eating from this outlet on the 10 May during 2-3pm. You know why. I know the chain comes from PH, but it doesn't mean the food standards is as bad. I hardly want to comment negatively as I do understand it is not easy for F&B trade and its people. As I was hesitating, I decided to take a look on google reviews of JOLLIBEE AMK HUB and gosh, their staff and service really need TO WORK ON! I saw a review made by PrataWala , edited 2 days ago on a RUDE STAFF with NO NAME TAG!! So oh my, I kena from the same staff! This is the problematic chap who is out to tarnish Jollibee I bet. Today is my first dine in experience there and we placed 2 set meals of 2 pcs chicken w spaghetti (1 regular and 1 spicy) At collection, I saw both meals are same combo of breast meats + wings. I immediately requested politely ‘can you pls change to 1 drumstick for me?’ This young male staff wearing NO NAME TAG (sounded like a Pinoy but I may be wrong) replied in an irritated tone ‘WHICH SET YOU WANT TO CHANGE?’ Frankly I wasn’t triggered yet TILL HE THREW the changed box onto my tray!!! Being Chinese and someone who respect FOOD and PRODUCE, I was so annoyed and finally gave it back to him that in no way he should ever throw food in this manner. He didn’t offer any apologies and neither of his colleagues (I saw one in black shirt uniformed looked away immediately, Manager? ) who witnessed what happened bother to step in to mitigate. If this RUDE MALE STAFF with NO NAME TAG would have offered apology and said he didn’t mean it, I wouldn’t be penning this on google today I am full priced paying customer and not a beggar, what right has he to treat customer this way? What kind of message and reputation Jollibee is trying to send and present? if anyone in F&B trade is unhappy working, I think they don’t belong to be at front line to serve people, they should do themselves a big favour to quit service industry and lead their life happily elsewhere so not to pass their sad world onto others who spoke to them nicely with respect, initially. Should I see this same rude staff there again with same attitude, I shall draw my conclusion on what organization Jollibee is Service Level: Thumbs down. Food & Value: Average. Cleanliness: Rooms for improvement. Serviette: ABSENT. just like their service? I did not take photo of this Rude Staff with No Name Tag because I think regardlessly he deserves a chance if Jollibee thinks he can be teachable and is worthy for betterment. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
