Tried the Jollibee outlet at Caltex Yishun for the first time and it was a fun and slightly different experience from the usual mall locations. The concept of having Jollibee at a petrol station adds a casual, on-the-go feel that actually works quite well. The kids were especially excited to try it in this format, and it made the whole visit more memorable for them. We grabbed our food and enjoyed the Chickenjoy in the car, which turned it into a simple but enjoyable family moment. The food quality was consistent with what you would expect from Jollibee. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and satisfying as always. Service was efficient, and the takeaway setup made it quick and convenient, especially if you are just passing by. It is not a place you would go for a long sit-down meal, but for a quick, fuss-free bite or takeaway, it does the job well. A nice option in the north, especially if you want something easy and familiar with a slightly different twist. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

1625pm Called for many times and nobody answer me at all ! When a staff put another customer meal on the counter, I quickly approached her and to my surprised, she just look and then go away! Then continue to chatting with another staff whom I believed is a supervisor !! Not helping at all !!! A guy who stand beside me also called few times but nobody answer him too ... While I stand at there for so long ... At last a Chinese supervisor came put another customer meal on the counter, I quickly approached her ! To my surprised, my meal had early done and just put on the tray behind the counter ! I can understand that everyone is busy preparing the food, but WHY DONT YOU JUST LET ONE STAFF TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS WHO APPROACH AT COUNTER! WHEN NO CUSTOMERS, THEN CAN CONTINUE TO PROCEED TO HELP WITH THE PACKING OF THE FOOD !! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
