Worst Jollibee branch I’ve ever visited. This is not the first time they’ve served substandard food. Despite being a fast-food restaurant, many of the items appear to be pre-packed and left sitting for far too long. I ordered takeaway, and the mushroom rice looked, smelled, and tasted foul, as if it had been prepared hours earlier and was close to spoiling. This level of food quality is unacceptable. Very disappointing and a real shame for the brand. Food: 1
