Sunday 5:30pm already very busy. Many people crowding the counter even though their number hasn’t been called. I don’t mind waiting, but please don’t make mistakes with my order. I ordered dine-in but was given takeaway. At first my burger was also forgotten. Then after eating for a while, I realised the taste was strange — the burger bun was burnt like this. Hard to enjoy the food like that. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Aunty Molly is very helpful & hardworking. Was initially planning to have breakfast at next door-Mcd but aunty Molly suggests to try J.B breakfast lol. one thing to highlight is that the restaurant is too warm. Guess it’s because the restaurant is sharing the mall’s centralised aircon. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I come here 2-3 times a monthly in the afternoon. Usually it’s crowded and the staff are frustrated. The cleaning lady even scolds and grumbles. Today is my first time in the morning at 11am before the lunch crowd. The cleaning lady MOLLY is so kind and courteous and changed my entire perception of this outlet. If only all the staff were this patient, polite and smiley it would really make the meal with the already tasty chicken perfect! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
