Tried my luck walking in, was fully expecting to be turned down as it was a weekend. But as luck would have it, I was informed by Joachim that he would be able to spare a dough. Despite interrupting his lunch (I'm sorry I still feel bad), the pizza was ready in around 10 minutes or so. Taste wise, it's nothing short of what you'd expect of a sourdough pizza, nice crust on the outside, chewy on the inside. My favourite kind of pizza. None of those crustless thin crust crap!
