The most horrible tasting pizza i've had recently. Ordered mix n match of 6 but all came in identical dead sea resort flavor. 100% daily sodium intake in one bite. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

4 December 2025 ~ Between 7-8pm. Recently visited this place and bought a slice of their BBQ Bonanza. At first glance, the female staff there pretended not to notice me until I had to call her over and tell them which Pizza I wanted to get. She took the slice and reheated it and asked me to make payment. She keyed in $5.80 on the NETS machine and I tapped my card without noticing. Only after the receipt came out, I realised that she had charged me $5.80 instead of $5.30 which was displayed on the counter. When I told her that she had charged me the wrong amount, she was insistent and adamant that the price was $5.80 and that she had charged me the correct amount. I then asked her to take a look at the display counter where all the prices were indicated and that's when she realised she had charged me the wrong amount. She then opened the cash register, took out a 50-cent coin from inside, passed it to me and slammed the cash register shut. Didn't even bother to say sorry or apologise but still can show so much attitude! Pezzo really needs to train their staff to have basic manners, courtesy, and to provide a decent level of customer service. If you hate your job so much, just quit and leave. Nobody is forcing you to interact with customers. I know it's only 50-cents. Imagine she does this to about 500 customers a day. That's an extra $250 earned from a negligent employee. I'm hoping Pezzo takes prompt action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
