Very good and affordable Japanese food here in this coffee shop more known for the famous Ocean Curry. The chicken cutlet + salmon set is $9 and really value for money. Cutlet is fried on demand, generous portion and thick, crisp batter and moist tender chicken. While the grilled salmon is also well marinated and juicy. Miso soup is also thick and rich, only a shame that the rice is too dry and clumpy. will definitely come back try their very extensive menu. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Salmon Teriyaki

I've been coming here for the past 2 years with my family and the food never disappoints the auntie is also super nice and sweet i would recommend the chicken teriyaki, chicken skewer and the soba! the chicken is super juicy and the soba is cooked perfectly. i usually dont like miso soup but theirs is really delicious and filled with seaweed and cabbage. it has become my family's go to spot as they serve delicious foods at reasonable prices, definitely a must try! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Miso Soup, Chicken Teriyaki Set, Chicken Skewer, Japanese Curry Tonkatsu Rice Set

I’ve never set foot irl into the cafe but ordered monthly via Grab for over 2 years. Salmon cream stew is my favourite. Black pepper pork bento is delicious too. Love the sides ajitama egg and cucumber with floss. Tastes home cooked and quality is consistently high. Well done and thank you KK Kitchen!
