I’ve visited this place many times (around 10–12 visits in 2 months), and the same staff member at the cashier has been consistently unfriendly. On one of the previous visits, she cut me off while I was trying to order. This time she didn’t cut me, but her tone was still irritated and unwelcoming, which has been a repeating pattern. I also want to mention that the person who makes the drinks at the back is always very polite and speaks in a sweet, friendly tone, completely different from the cashier. I’m usually very easygoing, but the attitude at the cashier every time really ruins the experience. Honestly, I would rather go to another café with no คนละครึ่ง discount at all than come here again, even though this place offers 50% off. It’s unfortunate because the drinks here are genuinely excellent. I hope the management addresses these service issues so the overall customer experience can match the quality of the products. P.S.
