the taste of both original and crispy spicy cannot compare to other outlets for some reason. the spicy version has burnt taste, i thought during the 1-1 promotions the taste would be better since the turnover rate is faster, but it was worse than i expected not only that self service kiosk was malfunctioning like it did not show the promotions so everyone had to go to the counter to order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

You made the order fast. But missing my egg tart? or you simply replace it with ONE hashbrown because I had extra, WITHOUT INFORMING? Where is your courtesy? Srsly KFC Sun Plaza, what kind of staffs do you hire here? This doesn’t align with your service standards. Truly disappointed. If you want your orders to be missing if you order from food deliveries, Do order from this outlet I called your restaurant hotline, and NO ONE ANSWERS. Why so irresponsible? What’s the hotline for then? For nothing?
