How is that possible that a staple was on my plater ? I went to see the employee (27.05.2026, 11:32am, men with black hair and glasses), and asked him « how is that possible that a staple is on my plater? » and he just said « Ummmm, I don’t know? » while licking the straw of his (stapleless) Fanta Grape he just took questionable behaviour Service: 1

Dear Customer Service Team, I would like to report an unpleasant experience at one of your outlets around 7:00 PM.(busy time) When I arrived, I informed the staff that I wanted to order at the counter as I was paying with cash. However, two staff members (young ladies wearing hijab) did not attend to me at all. Despite clearly seeing me waiting at the counter, they did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. One of the staff members appeared to be occupied wiping trays, but she took her time and did not make any effort to serve me, even though I was standing there ready to order for dine-in. I felt ignored and disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure better service standards in the future. Burger King is my go-to fast food spot in the area. The environment is always pleasant, making it a comfortable place to grab a meal. The staff are friendly, attentive, and happy to explain menu options whenever I’m unsure—always making the experience smooth and welcoming. Definitely a reliable choice for a quick, satisfying bite.
