I’ve ordered my food at 12.11pm, waited for 10mins before my number was shown on the display screen and waited another 5mins the number was gone and my order is not ready yet. So what is the purpose of the display screen on “now preparing” and “ready for pickup” it left the customers gone questioning The whole store aircon is so bad! The store can earn more money when their service could be faster. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Honestly of all the KFCs I've visited in singapore, many have disappointed me with their quality that has stooped so low in the few years. However, this specific outlet has impressed me and brought me back to the nostalgic love that I had for KFC their burgers and fries are not fresh and not soggy/cold/hard like most outlets nowadays. 10/10 overall. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Small outlet. Only bought from here cause it was on the way. They should prioritise orders by first-come-first-serve! All 5 in store orders were served before before my mobile order even though i ordered first and was there The La Zi Ji mala chicken was surprisingly good. Coleslaw was fresh. Chicken tenders were so small, cheese fries were not warm. _____ To KFC's management: Using fake reviews to pull up your rating is underhanded Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
