I'm a regular of this outlet as the staff is always friendly. I would like to thank the hard working staff for their hard work and their service to ensure I get my KFC orders correctly regardless of how busy the outlet is. I appreciate their hard work. Keep up the good work KFC Bedok staff and also good job to the assistant manager Princess for the good and efficient speed and service at work. Ordered grab from them and the delivery was nothing short of unacceptable. 3 WARM sodas with NO GAS in them just straight up syrup and water, and no its not because it was delivered, the cup was completely dry when it arrived. Furthermore they didnt give us one of our burgers and missed out on 3 sauces. And the burgers that came, the bottom bun was rock solid. Ordering from there ive never had such a problem, this is absolutely unacceptable. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
