I frequently patronise this outlet for its consistent performance in quality of food and service. Front counter staff are always so friendly even if they are busy, and payment is always seamless. Being on level 5 of century square, they are easy to miss, and therefore, not usually crowded. Give it a go for some hot and fresh fast food! I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I visited the Texas Chicken Century Square branch on 8/7/26 and was disappointed by the service from one of the staff members, a young lady wearing hijab. I understand that working in the F&B industry can be stressful, and everyone can have a bad day. However, I felt her attitude towards me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. What triggered me to write in was that machine order was original but what I gotten was hot and spicy. I’m not writing this review to ask for compensation or freebies. My intention is simply to bring this to the attention of the management so they are aware of the customer experience at this branch. I hope appropriate coaching or training can be provided to ensure other customers have a better experience in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. Dear Texas Chicken (Century Square), I would like to share my recent experiences with you, as the past two orders have been quite disappointing. I ordered a Spicy Texas Chicken Burger, Regular French Fries, Popcorn Chicken, and a Pepsi. Here are my concerns: 1. Spicy Texas Chicken Burger – The chicken patty was already broken on the top before I even started eating. On top of that, the onions were missing. From my understanding, onions are a standard ingredient in the Spicy Texas Burger, so this was quite disappointing. 2. French Fries – Honestly, these were the poorest fries I’ve ever had. They seemed to be from an old batch, neither crispy nor soft, but instead hard and not served warm. 3. Popcorn Chicken – The product looked completely different from what is shown on your Grab menu. The taste was also very poor, nowhere near the standard I expect from Texas Chicken. 4. Pepsi – This was as expected, no issues. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
