Very disappointing experience at KFC Clementi Mall. The service was extremely slow and disorganized. GrabFood orders and walk-in orders were all piled together with no proper system, making the entire ordering process chaotic. I waited over 20 minutes just for a breakfast order, which is unacceptable, especially during the morning rush when customers expect quick service. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was no clear communication about the delay. The porridge that I ordered only half a portion. Management seriously needs to improve their order management and workflow. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a simple breakfast because of poor organization. I won’t be returning unless the service improves. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was shopping at Clementi Mall last Monday then got curious about their new chicken, it was very tasty. Their manager, Kayden, was also very kind and helpful because he guide me on how to order then got the chicken parts I requested. Will definitely come back Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Bucket
