The fried chicken was served fresh, hot, and crispy, and the fries were just as delicious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Great food and excellent customer service. Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got my order wrong twice in a row, which infuriated me just enough to bother to post a negative review. Few weeks ago I ordered 2 potato sides but got 1 potato and 1 coleslaw. Found out when I got home and couldn’t do much. Not a big dealbreaker even though I dislike their coleslaw. Today I ordered 2 sets of 3 piece chickens (6 chickens), and got 2 sets of 2 piece chickens (4 chickens)!!!! This time I was only smart enough to check my potato order but not open the boxes to check the chickens inside. Only found out about my “huge” loss (2 chickens less) when I got home. Next visit, I need to open every single box to verify! I advise everybody ordering from this location to check your order! Seems like I’m not the only one experiencing this! Had a very pleasant dining experince in eastpoint KFC. Staff were so friendly and assisting. Plus food was so great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20
