I wanted to order some food to break my fast yesterday. it was just a simple mistake but customer service gone wrong. while i was ordering at the machine, i wanted to add in "flaming hot" sauce but the option was not there. so i decided to ask one of the staff at the counter if the sauce is available, she said yes. so i mentioned about the missing option (not unavailable, but missing) from the machine so i cant put in my order. i was told that just to add in another sauce in my order then later once my order is ready i can make an exchange. okay then. after i was done with my order, there's no receipt paper came out. one guy came out from the kitchen and i asked for assistance but he questioned me if ive made payment. of course i have or else why am i asking for a receipt. I keyed in my email to get the receipt. Next thing is, my order number didnt appear on the screen. so i asked the counter about it BUT (this pisses me off further), they brushed me off and said they're busy packing. Am I not a customer too? And, they are plain rude. Now, after waiting for idk how long, my food came. So as per suggested by the lady at the counter (i didnt manage to catch her name), i can ask for an exchange of sauce to flaming hot. Guess what? same lady ARGUED with me saying "but you didnt order that". she was the one suggesting when i said the machine had no options but when i came to her, SAME PERSON but arguing with me instead. For me, its pretty simple. If dont have, just say dont have. End of story. Best part is, the MANAGER stood there enabling the staff arguing and being rude to me for idk how long until she finally decide to step in. Again then I mentioned to the manager how the staff suggested to add on another sauce first then come to the counter and ask for an exchange. Manager just took the flaming hot sauce to pass to me and next thing the MANAGER question me "Why you order different sauce when you want flaming hot?" I dont know what did the manager not understood about the machine when i said the option is missing. To the people at the counter, not happy, dont do customer service cause you guys really dont make the cut for customer service given that a customer was the one getting a rude remark from staff. To the manager, just quit your job. And i really wonder how are you a manager cause you cant manage a small outlet even. I am someone who works in a frontline customer service myself, and a customer that needs an assistant should not be ignored! Like I said, simple mistake. I just need a tub of flaming hot sauce, but phewwww the things i go through just for that.... speechless. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

KFC should review its overall cleanliness and hygiene standards. The toilet was very dirty and smelly, and this is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I’ve noticed similar conditions at other KFC outlets, which raises concerns about their general hygiene practices, including the kitchen. I hv to wait 45 min for the food for dine in. I am a.KFC lover. First time in my life. Worst KFC branch. Deliveries riders were serve priority. No system at all. Those who came later than me.were serve. Dunno.what went wrong. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
