I had a very frustrating experience ordering a single Zinger Stacker ($8.25 ala carte). While the staff members were polite, the automated ordering and display systems were an absolute mess, ultimately resulting in a 40-minute wait and a double charge. My first attempt to order at the kiosk ended up glitching right after I paid by card. The screen asked for my email address to proceed, but after waiting 10 minutes and checking my spam folder, no confirmation ever arrived. When I asked the cashier, they told me they had no record of the order or payment, so I had to re-order at a second kiosk. This second attempt went through normally, but I later discovered I was indeed charged twice for the meal. To make matters worse, the order status TV screen skipped the "Preparing" stage entirely and placed my number straight into "Ready for Collection." When I went up to grab my food, nothing was there. I waited at the counter until my number completely disappeared from the screen altogether. It wasn't until I flagged down a staff member that I was told the chicken was still cooking. From start to finish, it took 40 minutes just to get a single burger. The employees were pleasant and doing their best, but the ordering kiosks and display systems are completely unreliable and need serious fixing. Price per person: SGD 10–20
