What a failed franchisee. The hottest and stuffiest KFC restaurant, period. Got money to set up restaurant in a mall, no money for air-con hor? And adjusting your tap to the lowest possible water pressure just shows how incredibly cheap you are. Desperate to save your $2 every month on water, right? Honestly, come here and have a look at their tap. Just come. You won't be disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered Double Drip Platter through the electronic kiosk for takeaway, and specifically chose Flaming Hot Sauce and Secret Grill Sauce, plus an upgrade of drink to Iced Lemon Tea ($0.80 extra) When the food package was unwrapped at home, it was realised that the Flaming Hot Sauce was missing and instead replaced by Onion Sauce. Not only that, the drink in the paper cup was not the upgraded Iced Lemon Tea but the ordinary Coke. This is one of the reasons why people lose passion in work. If simple orders (even clearly keyed in through the electronic kiosk) can be mistaken, and consumers cannot even get their orders right, how does the society expect the other occupations and professions to render their best services? My last time of visiting this outlet and possibly the entire KFC outlets in the region. Minimise consumerism. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
