I'm still drooling thinking about our KFC Bangkok dinner yesterday! The manager Lito was a total sweetheart, making sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was spotless, and the food? Wow! That chicken was cooked to perfection - juicy, crispy, and finger-lickin' good! And those cheese fries? Absolutely divine! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointing experience. I ordered my breakfast at 10:51am and only received it at 11:32am — a waiting time of over 40 minutes. When I asked about a refund, I was told it could take 7 days to a week to process. What frustrated me most was seeing the staff constantly preparing fried chicken and lunch items while breakfast orders were still heavily delayed. It feels like breakfast customers are not being prioritised. There seem to be two main issues: insufficient manpower and poor workflow management. I strongly suggest having an additional staff member during breakfast hours and improving the operation planning. Unfortunately, the manager also appeared uninterested and did not seem concerned about the situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service experience.
