KYŌ KOHEE at Labrador Tower is a lovely minimalist cafe with a calm and stylish atmosphere. The space feels bright, clean and relaxing, making it a great spot to slow down for a coffee break. I really loved the KYO Coffee with oat milk — smooth, well-balanced and very enjoyable, with a rich flavour that worked perfectly with the oat milk. Service was friendly and efficient too Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

$17.80 for matcha latte and banana pudding. Expensive bc its small size. My colleague say taste like home based cafe but the price is ok bc of rental. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Take out Price per person: SGD 1–10

KYŌ KOHEE Labrador Tower ︎1 Pasir Panjang Rd, Unit #01-08, Singapore 118479 Location = My hubby and I drove to Labrador Tower. If you are taking the train, the nearest MRT station is Labrador Park Station and it is about a 10 min walk to the office tower. Kyo Kohee at Labrador Tower is situated on Level 1 ( ground floor). ️ You can spot it easily when you see the beautiful tall waterfall feature. Decor / Ambience = The decor palette features neutral coloured hues. ︎Light coloured walls, soft ambient lighting, wooden benches, wooden tables and a cream-coloured banquette provides ample seating for customers. The L-shaped coffee counter where the baristas work at is made up of stylish-looking grey and greenish tiles, giving the place an understated elegance. What we ordered *********************** My hubby had the Hot Cafe Latte priced at SGD6. I had the Hot Matcha Latte ️ specifically the Yabukita Latte priced at SGD10.90. Both beverages were well-crafted with care and precision, and they were delicious drinks to start the morning with. Matcha Info= The ceremonial grade matcha powder used in my drink came from Uji, Kyoto. That's what the barista told me. Service = The staff were friendly, pleasant and polite. This is my first visit to this Kyo Kohee outlet at Labrador Park and I find the place quiet and aesthetically pleasing. The waterfall feature just outside the cafe makes for a calming and soothing ambience. ️ 1st Dec 2025 Monday morning. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
