The staff member in the grey shirt with a tattoo on his right arm had a very poor attitude towards customers. When I asked for some packet chilli, he gave me a sarcastic look and questioned my request, which made the interaction feel quite unpleasant and unprofessional. Service: 1

Vivocity McDonalds:Ordered mandarin Mcflurry ice cream.the ice cream was not given fully n was very messy.the ice cream spilling at the sides n my food tray is full of ice cream.was not happy about it.asked a refund back of my money.we customers r paying to eat McDonalds n we should not be treated this way.complaint to to the manager about it.we customers should expect good service n food from McDonalds as we r paying money n buying the food. Yesterday night went went for dinner at vivocity McDonalds... ordered jalapeno chicken nuggets meal w crisscut fries n coke zero n additional 4pcs mochi balls... Food ok... 3 stars...as I was not that happy w the crisscut fries...v salty n v dry...I did not get crispy taste... service 1 star hated it...table service come give go... Not happy about it... Floor I saw fries on the floor n receipt on the floor... Table never wipe... Atmosphere 1 star... I did not like the dine in area... The chairs,the unswept floor,never wipe table... Overall I give 1 star hated it...could have done better I felt vivocity McDonalds... Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20
