The food tastes great, and we bring our family here very often because we truly enjoy it. However, during today’s visit, one of the staff members, Bow, spoke to us in a way that was not very polite or welcoming. It unfortunately affected the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. My parents love this restaurant so much that they drive here from another province almost every weekend just to dine here. We have always had a wonderful experience, which is why today’s visit was especially disappointing. We were not impressed with the way Bow spoke to us, and we hope the restaurant will take this feedback into consideration so that future guests can continue to enjoy the excellent experience we have always appreciated. First time at Kanori Siam Paragon and I really loved it. The atmosphere feels cozy. Hand rolls are freshly made right in front of you — so tasty! Special shoutout to Chef Boss, he’s really nice and makes the experience even more fun. Definitely want to come back again. Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
