バンコクのセントラルワールド内にある 北海道旭川発祥の山頭火へ。 山頭火はアメリカ・カナダ・香港・台湾 マレーシア・フィリピンと海外展開の勢いも凄まじい。 バンコク含めて札幌や東京で 何度も食べてきていることもあり ずっと変わらぬ味が良いですね。 看板メニューの塩らーめんは クリーミーで濃厚で美味。 もちもちで柔らかい麵もお馴染み。 とろにくの食感がよく食べ応えあり。 味噌らーめんには トッピングのバターコーンを乗せて 道産子も納得の味わいに。 新しく出たメニューも外せません。 サラダととろ肉の組み合わせが抜群で ヘルシーに頂けます。 また、贅沢ないくらご飯や チャーシュー入りパオなど ラーメン以外のメニューもおすすめ。 唐揚げやポテトや餃子もご飯に合いました。 ドリンクも種類がいくつかあり 迷ってしまいます。 どれも美味しく頂きました。 バンコクでも日本でも 引き続き宜しくお願いします。. このチャーシュー懐かしー。と思いながら食べました。 日本で食べた20年ぶりくらいかな？ 安定の美味しさ。 金額も塩ラーメンで260Bくらいで、他に流されず下手な高級路線じゃないのが良かったです。 ただラーメン以外の部分で客を逃してる感が大き過ぎて悲しかったです。 いつまでも末長く愛されるお店でありますように。. Been a fan of Hokkaido Ramen Santouka since they opened in Boston. However, the experience in Thailand here is totally disastrous. The staff does not know how to handle the situation, and the manager is not responsible or willing to communicate with us. We found something that looked like a metal coil in our ramen bowl and tried to get the manager to seek out the resolution. We waited almost 10 minutes, and the staff kept saying that the manager was cooking the pork in the kitchen. After a while, we asked the staff for the manager again, and they said that the manager was behind the kitchen cutting up pork. The third time we asked for the manager, the staff said that the manager was not here today. This was a very unprofessional way to handle a critical situation like this. We were shocked and about to throw up. In the end, a person came out from the kitchen (we areunsure whether she is the manager, owner, or someone else) and just told us that they would cook another bowl for us. Again, there was no apologetic action or even one word to apologize for the situation. In the end, the lady told us that she would not charge us for the food, and we just left the place. “Stay away from this restaurant.” We are truly disappointed with everything here. There is no standard like in other places. A brand from Japan like this but very unprofessional and not sanitized in the kitchen area is very dangerous to the customers.
