We ordered Katsu Toji Aimori and Chiken Aimori and they brought us the same both with Pork. And insisted it all comes with pork while menu advertise as chicken. They acted cold and didn’t want to entertain our concern. Very bad service! Food: 1 Service: 1

We waited around 30 minutes just for our Sukiyaki and Nabe to be served, only to find that both arrived cold. We then had to wait even longer for the pots to heat up before we could actually start eating. Not sure why it took 30 minutes to serve, especially since the food still wasn’t hot when it arrived. The Sukiyaki broth was also barely enough to cover the ingredients, which made the overall experience quite disappointing. Hopefully the restaurant can improve the preparation and serving time, as waiting 30 minutes only to receive cold food really affected the dining experience.
