Based on the additional photos, here’s a more polished and detailed review: Little Edo Phuket is one of the best Japanese restaurants we’ve visited in Phuket. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a beautiful modern Japanese interior with warm wooden décor that creates a relaxing and authentic atmosphere. They even have traditional Japanese yukatas available if you’d like to take photos, which is a lovely touch. We started with complimentary edamame, and there was also a convenient self-service condiment station with fresh lime, sauces, and seasonings so you can customize your meal to your liking. We ordered the Wagyu Shabu Set, Edo Unagi Roll, Soft Shell Crab Roll, Ebiko Roll, and Garlic Fried Rice. The Wagyu Shabu Set was excellent. The Australian wagyu was beautifully marbled, tender, and paired perfectly with the rich, flavorful broth and fresh vegetables. The Edo Unagi Roll was the standout dish of the evening—generously topped with perfectly grilled eel that was smoky, buttery, and melted in your mouth. The Soft Shell Crab Roll had a delicious crispy texture, while the Ebiko Roll was fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. Even the Garlic Fried Rice was fragrant and addictive, making it the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The restaurant is clean, the service is attentive, and the presentation of every dish is beautiful. While the prices are slightly higher than many other restaurants in Phuket, the premium ingredients, generous portions, and excellent quality make it well worth the cost. If you’re a fan of authentic Japanese cuisine or looking for a special dining experience in Phuket, Little Edo is a restaurant I would highly recommend and the prices are reasonable. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit to Phuket. Also, they provide Japanese traditional clothes in the restaurant to take pictures.
