I had the pleasure of dining at Katsuya Hoyii @Taipei Station recently, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant’s ambiance is welcoming, and the service was top-notch from the moment we were seated. We ordered the 全席相撲丼 and 吉胜猪排丼 , and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked. The crispy fried items on top of the rice were flavorful, with a satisfying crunch that made every bite enjoyable. The presentation of the food was also impressive, as shown in the attached photo. The total cost for our meal was very reasonable given the quality and portion sizes. The restaurant takes great care in preparing each dish, and it truly shows. I highly recommend Katsuya Hoyii @Taipei Station to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I will definitely be returning!
