We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been to travel all the way and find that the crispy caramel mini puffs were sold out.At all our outlets, we maintain limited daily stock to ensure product quality and freshness, while also minimizing unnecessary wastage. For the crispy caramel mini puffs, the pastry components are prepared at our central kitchen, and once an outlet runs out for the day, the next batch is only delivered from our central kitchen the following day for baking. As such, our team is sometimes unable to prepare additional batches on demand, even if it may still seem early in the evening.Additionally, different locations may have slight operational differences depending on stock availability and demand on the day, and we appreciate your understanding on this. To help avoid such disappointment in the future, we recommend placing a pre-order via our website (www.kazo.sg) or through WhatsApp at 8877-7783 at least 2–3 days in advance of your collection date.Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better on your next visit.
