We absolutely love dining at Killiney Sembawang Shopping Centre. It has become our favourite spot for meals, and we are always warmly attended to by the friendly and helpful staff. The food is definitely a big plus point - superbly delicious, generously portioned, and served promptly. What truly stands out is the consistency in their cooking; the quality and taste are always on point compared to other outlets. It has become our weekly choice for weekend lunch, and we genuinely look forward to every visit. I would definitely recommend everyone to come and give it a try! The short hair auntie and uncle that make kopi is ! Very friendly and fast. Sometimes waiting time for food is a little long but the rest is all good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Wifey and I had been talking about eating the White Beehoon in Sembawang, thenceforth we traveled all the way to Sembawang Shopping Centre this afternoon in search of this food. It was our first visit to Sembawang Shopping Centre. And we couldn’t find White Beehoon! Asked around and realized that White Beehoon was located in Sun Plaza Sembawang. We went to wrong mall. Since we were already in Sembawang Shopping Centre, we explored the 4-stories mall. Although the mall was rather small, there were a varied retail options and eateries, as well as educational and health outfits. We saw a familiar name - Killiney. The last time we had breakfast at Killiney Kopitiam on Killiney Road was several years ago. So we said, “let’s try their Mee rebus and Mee Siam.” The friendly cashier at the counter took our orders together with their Special Offer - a hot drink (yuan yang for us) with meal @ $1. Wow - good deal! So our meal plus hot drink cost $7 each nett. The hot yuan yang (though small cup) was well prepared. Tasted just right for us (right portion of tea:coffee). When the Mee Rebus and Mee Siam were ready, they were pretty generous portions. First look at the Mee Siam, ehno prawn for the $6 worth? Hmm But when we tasted the Mee Siam, it was really good. The gravy was sourish but very tasty. There were two halves of a hard boiled egg plus chips of Tau pok. We finished all the gravy!!! The Mee Rebus had also two halves of a hard boiled egg and several chips of Tau Gua nicely cooked. Ohhh the gravy tasted rich and we saw bits of dried shrimps and ikan bilis. I liked the Mee Rebus! Wifey said, probably lots of MSG. We should find out when we reach home (but no, I didn’t feel thirsty on reaching home). The meal was simple yet enjoyable! Reasonably priced. Would be good if the eatery included some small prawns in the Mee Siam - that would be perfect. Looking around the Killiney Outlet, it actually occupied two sections. The section across the aisle was bigger and much more spacious. Very pleasant place. There were sofa seats and low tables for people who meet up for casual conversations. There was even a stretch of IT Counter with power points for customers to use their laptops; what a wonderful set up for busy working people.
