Their menu has changed, not as good as it used to be last time to me. See the pictures. Popiah is ok, but a bit sweet. Mee rebus is as before normal. Ayam berempah is terrible. Nothing like what's in the picture. Overcooked hard frozen chicken faking as delicious meat. Will not recommend. Staff shows attitude when asked to change unsavoury looking items in the set. Overall just average food only. Fast food maybe better at this price point. Will not be going back anytime in the near future. Was in the area and decided to have dinner at Qi Ji in Yishun Northpoint. The mall was packed and the stall had quite a queue too, a good sign that it’s popular. I was craving nasi lemak andI went for Set 5, which comes with chicken thigh and otah and I added an extra hot dog. The food arrived fairly quickly but I had to wait a little longer for the hot dog as it wasn’t ready yet. The nasi lemak itself was satisfying, fragrant rice, crispy chicken and a decent sambal. The otah was tasty too, soft with a mild spice that paired well with the rice. Overall, it’s comfort food but I do feel the price is a little on the higher side given the portion and quality. That said, Qi Ji’s consistency and variety still make it a reliable option when you want something fuss-free and familiar. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
