I order coffee Pao why you anyhow change my order to the other Pao? If you don’t hv my order you should canceled it not change my order!!! Be honest pls !!! Food: 1

Ordered the Teh O kosong ($1.20). Only filled up to 1/4 of cup and the rest all hot water. Really kosong tea. Poor attitude from the staff serving. Won't order again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

May 2022, the death knell of what was true heartland neighborhood coffeeshop was sounded. From its ashes, the corporate cookie cutter Kimly coffeeshop was raised. Back then the Kimly Dim Sum stall was operated by a grumpy lady who wears a frown while demanding for orders in her heavy accent. She gets impatient when asked to repeat. I gave the stall a 1 star, avoid at all cost rating back then. However since 2024, the stall is operated by a new friendlier pair who take the effort to recognize, greet and even remember orders from regulars. I've updated the reviews to reflect this big improvement in service. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
