點了烤鴨端出來是翻烤的。又乾又硬又是溫的。因為與日本客人去的，不便當場發作，寫了email 給 customer service, 完全沒有回覆。本人還是這飲食集團的會員呢。這種沒有誠意的做生意方式簡直是無恥。也影響整體香港飲食界的聲譽。我的日本朋友說，想不到香港回歸以後，香港人做生意方式與大陸人沒有兩樣了。不老實了。真悲哀也！This restaurant should be black listed for dishonest business method. Few weeks back, I took my Japanese business associate to Kingduck and ordered Peking duck. What we were served was a gross piece of dried, tough, and Luke warm roasted duck which we suspect was a leftover cooked duck from the day before ? I have sent letter of complaint to the King Parrot customer service, but I have not received any response from them. And I have been a member of this group for decade ! Their insincere business style and attitude is a crying shame for Hong Kong. My Japanese friend had told me that perhaps after the handover of Hong Kong to China, Hong Kong has finally succeeded in becoming a real part of China by exhibiting such dishonesty without any sense of shame. Shame on you, Kingduck. One of the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. Shame on you.
