98年頃、尾根を下ったところに「TwoView」という宿があり、1週間ほど泊まったことがあります。宿の主人の奥さんはオランダ人のテラピストだと聞いていました。

The view is so beautiful! And the people working here are so kind and helpful! i can’t comment on the food but its probably as nice as they are :) I got my bike stuck down the road, and decided I was screwed and needed help. So I walked back up here and asked for it. They were quick to grab two young men (and two dogs) who helped me out of the situation very quickly. Thank you guys so much :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a nice restaurant with friendly staff and the best view of Koh Tao. Drink is quite reasonably priced for the location. However, Google map does not show correct information about how to get to this place. While the map says that there is a road coming up from Sairee Beach side, this road ends at Phandara Luxury Resort and is not connected to Koh Tao Two View Bar & Restaurant. There is a very rough unpaved passway from Phandara Luxury Resort to Two View Bar & Restaurant. It has lots of loose rocks and is not recommended for regular fun hikers. This is not passable for bikes or cars. Instead, a private road is connected to Two View Bar and Resort and several viewpoints above it from the southern side of the island. This road, which does not appear on Google map, is unpaved but passable for cars and bikes.
