Severely understaffed. Only have one staff doing so many order. The staff couldn’t even set his priorities straight and make us wait for a long time for a single hazelnut milk tea. Unsatisfactory service and terrible management

The staff here are incredibly hardworking, but they are clearly being stretched too thin. On a recent Friday night, only two people were handling a constant stream of Grab orders and in-store customers. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a single drink (from 20:09 to 20:27). I’d love to visit more often, but the outlet desperately needs more manpower during peak hours to support the team and reduce wait times.
