I was served today by a lady at the counter and was disappointed with her attitude at approximately 6pm+ . I politely asked to reduce the ice in my Milo (not remove it completely). She responded that it was already sweet and said the Milo amount would be “much less” if she reduced the ice, which did not make sense to me. I would have understood being charged extra, but instead I received a drink with very little Milo and it was not sweet at all after trying it. The interaction felt dismissive and lacked sincerity.
