The current state of Hg1 food court from a facilities and operational standpoint, the management of this building is currently failing on multiple fronts, making the place entirely unsustainable every instance and with the hot weather. The primary issue is a near-total breakdown in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) efficiency and airflow management. The air conditioning system is heavily undercut by poor air circulation. Air exchange feels completely stagnant, trapping humidity and body heat inside the building, what a critical ventilation failure. There is no comfort inside the building which is unacceptable. The layout is not optimized for high-traffic periods. There is no visible crowd management or designated queuing zones for the in-between stalls and is quite severe. The building management needs to immediately balance the air conditioning systems, improve mechanical ventilation, and rethink the floor traffic layout before this place is completely audited without improvement. The Teh C sucks, very diluted. Not sweet, no taste of C and tea went back to the service staffs and told her about it, and told her it taste like plain water she was rude and redo another cup for me, ended up still the same, no different. Totally give up! It seems that Kopitiam cut corners and made the drinks diluted for every outlets, had never tasted an outlet which is nice at all! Why don’t they learn from Koufu, their Teh C is the best at every outlet! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
