As a regular at this coffee and bread set place, I understand it’s a one-man operation. When my bread wasn’t ready with the coffee and eggs, I found a seat first to avoid holding up the queue. When I later asked about the bread, the old auntie reacted unhappily, asking if I could see the long queue. Despite telling her where I’d be sitting, she left the bread on the counter without calling me. Even after I thanked her, she walked away unhappily. Poor attitude will only make business worse. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I went to buy kopi and kopi Gao Siew Dai from Koufu. The staff named Joy was incredibly rude. I told her that I wan the Siew Dai in a cup and the rest in the plastic ( to be tied). She was so angry with me for telling her that. She rolled eyes at me when I politely told her to tie it. I told her several times patiently that I want my siew Dai in a cup. She didnt seemed to listen and gave it to me in a plastic bag. She murmured something in chinese under her breath. Koufu this is not the first time she has done this. I have seen her do this to others in the queue as well. Koufu pls do something about this. tell me why this branch dont have employees with good manners and etquettes and just be very rude and racist towards indian people??
