The lady in the attached photo is very rude. We took a pack of pomelo, sticky mango rice & would like to dine in as we wanted to order Tom yam soup & some drinks. She rudely grab the packed fruits and said” u want to eat here?” We serve you later and I didn’t notice if she have change the pack as the one she served was spoiled. We waited fo 1/2 hour only found out that they didn’t place my Tomyam soup order. Fine, when I went to cashier for payment, I told her I’m going to use Alipay and she asked me to scan for payment thb1155, I asked “can I have a bill to check?”with the unpleasant face she print out but I told her it’s not my bill coz I didn’t order hotdog. She shouted & said”it’s the same and fyi the bill is in Thai. Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered the Siew Yuk rice, and when it was served, we found ants on the Siew Yuk. We requested a replacement, but the staff informed us that “it is like that” and that there was nothing they could do. We find it concerning that airport services, which are priced at a premium, would serve food with such basic hygiene issues. We hope that the restaurant will take steps to ensure better food quality and customer service in the future Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is ok . Can’t complain much at the airport . Price is expensive and we waited 10 mins for our food fo arrive . Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
