Booked 1 months in advance for a 7 pm birthday dinner. Arrived on time and was told “first come, first served” and shoved to a high bar table in the walkway—even though I requested a corner table. 30 minutes later, the staff seated another party properly. Tacos were very normal. Just go to Papi Tacos—better service, better food. Very disappointing. Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello Ben Tang, my sincere apologies for your disappointing experience especially on your birthday... The courtyard was fully booked for the kult quiz night which is on every Wednesday and the whole place was super busy including walk ins. One of my staff thought you were a walk in, which is why she said "first come, first served" was mentioned - this applies when we have tables available to allocate. You were seated at the table reserved for you - not "shoved" - which is the high table along the corridor. The corner tables you requested were already booked and occupied by larger groups taking part in the quiz, who had also booked in advance. That said, our staff should have explained this more clearly on arrival. So for all this misunderstandings... i would like to invite you and your partner again to kult yard to try my Kultails instead and sit in a cozy corner in our secret garden and your drinks will be on me all night only for you both to rediscover your experience with us on another day and not on kult quiz night. As for your Tacos comment and feedback... please do give Lavi tacos your feedback on their google review page instead of this page as we are separate business in the same courtyard. please be kind Ben ... Love doesn't hurt ...expectation does.

Love Kult Yard & Akoustikult - always promises great vibes & a great time. An underrated space that reflects a pure form of Singaporean culture. Recommend to come on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
