It was a nice and unique sukiyaki experience, especially the tomato one. The sukiyaki set came with appetizers, which consisted of potato salad, egg, and tofu with soy sauce. The main dish consisted of tomato hotpot (without chili option can be requested), beef slices, and vegetables (mushroom, leeks, cabbage). The broth will later be used to cook the cheese risotto (or udon) that came with the set. There is also a dessert, which was a choice of yuzu sorbet or the matcha ice cream. It was enjoyable, service was excellent. It was slightly on the more expensive side, considering that one person has to order a set. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
