KwonSookSoo was the best restaurant we went to in Korea. The meal was very good from beginning to end. Everything was well prepared, the ingredients were clearly high quality, and the overall experience felt polished and thoughtful. It is a restaurant that operates at a very high level, and that was clear throughout the meal. At the same time, for me, it was not a particularly surprising experience. The dinner was consistently good, but it did not really have those moments that stay with you because they feel unexpected or especially memorable. Because of that, I am not sure it fully justified the price, which is quite high. It was certainly a very good meal, and the best we had in Korea, but in terms of overall impact, I left feeling a little less impressed than I expected. Still, it is a serious restaurant, very well executed, and clearly worth knowing. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
