This restaurant I have been once, food was only meh, but my kids wanted to go there again after another beach day. So there we go again, with my kids last Saturday, we ordered the set. As I asked the waiter with glasses we are ready for desert, he brought the menu and asked me to pick from the menu. Everything was normal, until I took the bill, I asked why we got charged for desert when our set already included one. He said you ordered from the menu, the set is a different desert. I said oh this was not communicated to me. Immediately this guy said in cantonese "so you eat the food and dont want to pay?" I was like.... I told him I need to speak to your manager. Then he came back and said I spoke to the manager, he waived the charge. I said I am not speaking to you, it is not about waving charge or not, get me your manager. Then the manager came, also kind just wishy washy. Maybe both of them dont know how to communicate normally to customer. This is the first time I am having such a bad customer experience. I moved from Canada to HK for the past year, high end to normal restaurant, this definitely stands out as the worst customer experience ever, not to mention food was not even good. I will tell all my friends to stay away from this resturant, everyone please be aware of the canto speaking dude wearing glasses, extremely rude and sounds uneducated. Atmosphere: 1

Limited vegetarian options are available at L'Atlantis however, the waitress advised that we can order the pasta dish with crab which can be served separately so that we can offer them to our companions. Overall, food, service and atmosphere were very good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
