Food and wine good. Overall experience bad. Food (and wine): cheeseboard was nice, with a good range of 4 cheeses, red grapes, chutney, walnuts, and thin sesame crackers. Smoked trout pizza bianco was tasty. Surprised they used pre-frozen or parbaked crusts, then hand-torched them to give a pizza oven appeal, when pizza is 1/2 their entree menu. Again, tasty, but not wood-fired from in-house dough, as pictures would leave you to believe. Creme brulee was nice. Service: - Server: pleasant service, but didn't know the wine list being served and seemed inexperienced and distracted throughout. - Music: rap/hip-hop/r&b mix with vulgarities at a surprisingly loud volume for the venue. Very off-putting. - Menu: cheap, printed on simple paper and stapled together like a second-grade homemade storybook. - Chairs: no one could have sat in these chairs before they were made, purchased, delivered, or set out for customers. Cushions = bad. Sit full back = rear hangs off seat. Sit in middle of seat = can't rest back on chair back. Recommendation: burn them and get practical chairs. It just seems like this place has so much potential but is being managed by a bottom-dollar, corner-cutting inexperienced person and misses the details that could elevate it to a classy establishment. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: SGD 40–50

I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately the experience fell short. When I arrived, I was informed there was no seafood available, which limited the menu options. I also ordered a Negroni, but the bartender wasn’t available, so I had to switch to wine instead. I ordered the charcuterie board and specifically requested no blue cheese. While that request was honored, there was no explanation of the remaining cheeses on the board, which would have been helpful. A little guidance or description would have elevated the experience. Overall, the service felt lacking and not very welcoming. There wasn’t much attentiveness or warmth, and the experience didn’t feel as polished as expected. Great music selection, though. Hoping this was just an off day…. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: SGD 60–70
